KLSY is a boutique interior design firm based in Manhattan, NY. Our mission is to help our clients bring their vision into the physical space by creating playful, thoughtful, and sustainable spaces that represent the brand or client.
With experience in all sectors of commercial space, from corporate workplace to hospitality, as well as local homeowners, combined with a balance of artistic vision and technical knowledge, we have what it takes to bring your space to life.
We seek clients who are passionate about their space, are open to taking creative risks, and understand that design is a fun and collaborative process.

OUR VALUES
Every project begins with a story. Before any thought is given to design, we extensively research the project’s geographical and cultural context, as well as conduct in-depth interviews with the client and all key stakeholders about the mission, goals, and vision in order to uncover the deep story behind each project.
RESEARCH
From space planning to furniture selection, each decision is made with thoughtful purpose. By creating a solid conceptual foundation in the research phase, we can connect every single detail back to the client’s original vision and the project story.
THOUGHTFUL PURPOSE
We don’t pigeonhole ourselves to one style of design. Instead, we assess each project individually in order to give it its own unique personality. We’re open to taking calculated risks and exploring new ways of designing. Together, we discover what exactly makes your project one-of-a-kind.
CUSTOMIZATION
Although design is exciting, it’s not all fun and games. We know that there’s a lot more than aesthetics that goes into each project, so being organized and efficient is of the upmost importance. We provide detailed drawings and documentation to every client and vendor to ensure no detail is missed, and keep a tight schedule of deliverables and client check-ins so your project stays on track
ORGANIZATION
Design is not a one-man-show. It’s an entire production. The most successful projects have a constant flow of collaboration between all parties, and that includes our clients. We expect (and encourage) all of our clients to be as equally invested in the design process as we are, and give their full, honest feedback on every detail.
COLLABORATION
We understand that our clients are not designers or contractors or even artists, so we’re here to walk you through every step of the process. And after the completion of a project, we don’t just leave you high and dry. We want to give our clients the tools to keep their space thriving for years to come. Every client of ours receives a full project summary package with all specifications and maintenance guides.

Kelsey is an NCIDQ and LEED accredited interior designer working and living in the heart of New York City. With a history working at some of New York’s largest and most well-renowned architectural and design firms, she has gained in-depth experience in all corners of design. From detailed hospitality projects, to workplace strategy, and even boutique retail, her expertise is proven by her ability to not only create breathtaking designs, but also manage projects from start to finish.
